Do you have any experience in C#: i have some experience, i made 3 private wow servers and 6 private tibia servers (tibia is some noob game)
How long have you been playing Conquer Online, and Conquer Online private servers?: Pff how long i play conquer euh, since crystal server started 5-6 years ago. Private servers: i helped qonquer to start, don't know how long that was ago
What makes ya belive you can help out in DeathCO?: I think I can make this server better with a lil help (at qonquer i almost got no help and they always blamed me when something went wrong, and when i fixed it they said nothing so i just quit there)
